一、个人简介

1.基本情况:

赵国琰,女,中共党员,教授,博士生导师;山东省优秀青年基金获得者,365英国上市东岳学者青年人才;现任微生物与动物疾病教师党支部书记、微生物学教研室主任、微生物学硕士学位点负责人;兼任山东省微生物学会常务理事、山东省微生物学会专业委员会委员及青年委员会委员、山东省菌物学学会常务理事、山东农学会农业微生物专业委员会副主任、山东省留学人员协会副秘书长、英国利物浦大学荣誉研究员。

以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Nature Communications、Science Advances、The Plant Journal、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Molecular Microbiology等国际知名刊物发表SCI学术论文多篇,参编《中国学科发展战略—化学生物学》;主持国家863计划海洋领域子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、山东省优秀青年基金项目、山东省青创人才选育计划项目(200万)、山东省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目、全国博士后国际交流计划派出项目等;获多项授权发明专利。

指导学生获全国大学生生命科学竞赛国家级一等奖2项、山东省优秀硕士学位论文、研究生国家奖学金、国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目多项。参与国家级一流本科课程(微生物学)及省级课程思政示范课程(微生物学)建设;主持365英国上市专创融合课程(微生物学)。课题组学术气氛浓厚、关注个人发展、鼓励创新、自由探索、松弛有度、人际关系和谐。

二、研究方向

1.蓝细菌细胞图谱构建及光合作用机制研究

开展细长聚球藻PCC 7942高通量亚细胞定位与蛋白互作技术(CyanoTag)的开发应用;探究液–液相分离现象及其分子机制;解析新型光系统组装辅助因子的功能;研究蓝细菌细胞分裂与形态发生过程中的基因调控机制。

2.耐盐碱微生物与作物互作机制研究

开展盐碱地植物根际及内生细菌和藻类的分离、鉴定及其促生功能研究;解析湿地植物内生细菌介导植物表面微纳米锰氧化物生物合成的机制;阐明内生细菌强化植物修复环境的途径与机制;挖掘重要功能基因与代谢物;解析根际及内生细菌与植物互作介导的抗逆机制。
